Shipping and Returns

Shipping usually takes place within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. With each article you can find a period within which your order will normally be sent. Please note: This is not the delivery time, since the delivery time differs from country to country, we cannot specify an exact delivery time, so we choose the term within which your order will be packed and shipped with us.


For items that have been ordered and paid for in advance, the shipment will take place as soon as the items are delivered to us. If desired, you can always request an estimate of the delivery date.
Sometimes it can happen that an item is not available after all, you will be informed immediately and you will receive a refund immediately.
Items ordered in advance must also be prepaid to ensure that the items are reserved for you.


Participation in the shipping and packaging costs for Belgium up to 20 kg: 4.95€
The rates for large and extensive deliveries are available on request. (more than 20 kilograms per package or outer dimensions)

Collection is free and can be arranged by appointment.
We do not have a shop or showroom where you can choose the items. It is therefore of no use to come by without pre-order or telephone contact.
The order must be placed online in advance, after which we will prepare your order from our warehouse for collection.
We will contact you by e-mail (be sure to check your unwanted e-mails*) when your order is ready and we will then agree a collection time with you.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not have a payment terminal, so prepayment via the website is the most convenient.

*When we send you an e-mail, these e-mails often end up in your unwanted mailbox (Spam) the first time: Be sure to check your unwanted e-mails in the hours and days after you have placed an order, so that you do not miss an email, should we want to contact you in case of a problem with your order, your details, to arrange an appointment for collection, ... The best thing you can do is add the email address to your safe senders, so that you do not only one e-mail from us is missing.

Shipping costs for the countries of the EU are always indicated when you go to the shopping cart. The cost you see is therefore the exact cost.

Shipping costs for bulky and heavy packages (+20 kilograms) are on request, or will be charged after your order.

Shipping costs for the US are the exact costs, they do not include VAT.

We deliver worldwide! Shipping costs outside the EU and worldwide are on request.
Due to the VAT regulations, we will send you a separate payment request excluding VAT: We are not authorized to collect VAT for parcels outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying the VAT and any import duties in his own country.

For orders under €10 we ask for an additional surcharge of €2.50 as an additional contribution to the shipping and packaging costs. If you opt for collection, this surcharge will be refunded.

Returns and exchanges for a defective item under warranty is free, a return label will be sent to you after request and approval of the return.
For returns in all other cases, we ask for a participation in the costs. This depends on the weight and on request. Or you can return the item yourself to our address listed in the Contact details on our website.
